Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at check out. We will pack and ship within 2 business days from order date excluding any Pre Order items.  Pre Order items will be shipped at the first available business day once stock has been received. Shipping rates can change, without notice to keep inline with seasonal and postal changes. 

Bulk Shipping Charges

Some products will incur a bulk item charge due to size and weight. If you buy multiple items that have bulk shipping fees these will accumulate at checkout. Bulk items may ship separate from other items. 

Effective Date: July 7, 2025 

1. Eligibility 
 Free standard shipping is available on all eligible orders with a subtotal of AUD $150 or more, excluding GST, discounts, and shipping charges. This offer is valid for deliveries within Australia only. 

2. Qualifying Orders 

  • The order subtotal must be AUD $150 or more after applying any discounts, promotions, or vouchers. 

  • Items such as digital downloads, gift cards, and services may be excluded from the subtotal calculation. 

  • Free shipping applies only to standard delivery services. Express or priority shipping options are excluded unless otherwise stated. 

3. Geographic Limitations 
 This offer is available to customers with shipping addresses located within Australia, including metropolitan and regional areas. 

4. Delivery Timeframes 
 Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may be subject to external delays beyond our control. 

5. Exclusions 

  • Large, bulky, or heavy items may attract additional freight charges even if the total order exceeds AUD $150. 

  • This offer does not apply to wholesale, commercial, or bulk orders unless explicitly stated. 

6. Offer Changes 
Dance Fit Co reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this free shipping offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect from the time they are published on our website and will not apply retrospectively. 

7. Returns & Refunds 
 If items from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining total falls below AUD $150, the original cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
